Holistic Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy harnesses natural plant extracts in the form of essential oils to help treat physical, mental and emotional difficulties.

Aromatherapy massage combines the properties of pure essential oils with the benefit of therapeutic touch which can help to strengthen the immune system, improve circulation, sooth muscular aches and pains.

Being especially helpful for stress related conditions, tensions and anxieties; aromatherapy is a wonderful way to ease stress, unwind and relax.                                                             Prices range from £25 (30mins), £40(1 hour), £55(90mins)

Hot Stone Massage

Combining the benefits of thermotherapy (the use of heat) with massage strokes.  Warmed basalt stones are used to create a deep, relaxing and healing treatment.

The warmed skin allows greater absorption of essential oils and improved blood flow to surrounding tissues, which helps work on the deeper muscle layers of the body.                           Prices range from £25 (30mins), £40(1 hour), £55 (90mins).

Aromatherapy Facial

A luxurious holistic facial, using Neal’s Yard products. To begin with the face is thoroughly cleansed, exfoliated, and a clay mask is applied. Hands, shoulders, neck and face are massaged using a blend of relaxing oils, followed by toner and moisturiser  to close this nourishing treat for the face.     £25 (mini facial), £45 (full facial 60 mins).

Reiki

Usui Reiki (pronounced Ray Kee) is an ancient, holistic form of healing which can balance mental, physical and emotional wellbeing, reduce stress, and produce a deep sense of peace and relaxation.

Founded in Japan by Dr Usui, it is a clothed non-invasive treatment, whereby the practitioner lightly places her hands in various positions over the body.

Promoting the body’s own healing ability, Reiki works well with many conditions including: anxiety, tension, depression, insomnia, migraine, PMT, arthritis, back pain and low energy levels.                                  Reiki session:  £35 (1 hour).

Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage has been practised for centuries in India, as part of the Ayurvedic healing system.

The treatment involves massage of the head, neck, shoulders, arms, back, and face.  Benefits are many and can aid both physical and emotional wellbeing.

The massage is carried out with the individual remaining fully clothed, in a seated position, with or without the use of oil.

                                                                                                                     Indian Head Massage:  £35(1 hour).

Hopi Ear Candling

Ear candling has been traditionally used by many cultures across the centuries.

Ear candles are helpful in the treatment of many conditions relating to the ear and head including:  congestion, irritation, excess wax, hay fever, sinusitis, ‘glue ear’, headaches, tinnitus, and stress.

The treatment ends with a face and scalp massage.                                            Hopi Candling: £25.
